in order to achieve ur goal, sacrifices need to be enlighten. many people said,,.. "what you give you get back, no pain no gain. whatever it is true.i had watched a korean drama..it really give sense to me...the title is to the beautiful you...what the matter about the title?..haiiyya..the word is...'everything that can happen with a miracle, and the other name of miracle is effort'...what do you understand?...it mean that...everything in this world can be achieve with patient,determination and effort.even the miracle also happen according to one's effort. can you understand that?...yes you are....what you want you can get...loss weight,become tougher,muscular,intelligent...everything you can be...but the key is always discipline and patient...discipline to manage yourself when face with problem or test with full of patient..life it such a game...what do you need to increase your level? a test right?...that is life...before you can step beyond n further...you need to pass the test...how?...simple...patient and discipline...furthermore..this will make you appreciate every single thing of your success..if you not...easy to come...easy to bye bye:)...so that all the value that i get today....what it is...we need to pay with effort to get something n always discipline and patient...ok...see ya later...hope it can help
